What we collect when you order

• Your name, email address and phone number.

Where it is kept

Who can see it

Our administrators can see every order. So can our coordinator, a person in Afghanistan who passes orders on to the workshops and arranges shipping. They can see your name, phone number and shipping address. This means your data is available to a person outside the European Union. [Confirm: the safeguards you rely on for this transfer]

The workshop that makes your order ships it to you, so the delivery details it needs reach it through the coordinator. [Confirm: exactly which details a workshop receives and how] We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Email

We email you about your order, using Resend. [Confirm: confirm once the sender is set up]

What stays in your browser

• Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. It holds the products you added and their quantities, and no personal details. Clearing your browser data removes it.
• After you order, a copy of your confirmation is kept in session storage so the page can show it. It disappears when you close the tab.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Freelancers in the Services section

A freelancer chooses to publish an email address and WhatsApp number so clients can contact them. Anything you send to them goes to them directly and not through us.

Your rights
